Sustainable support for your future-proof church administration

Church organizations in Germany are increasingly recognizing that modern financial management characterized by economic efficiency, sustainability, and transparency is an indispensable step into the future. Uniform standards and digital process chains play a decisive role in this process. A goal-oriented solution must therefore not only reflect the special characteristics of the church, but also provide the prerequisites for comprehensive digitization.

We have dealt intensively with these requirements in our church accounting system.
The result: our Infoma Kirche software enables organizational units – regional churches, dioceses, archdioceses – to standardize processes within church administrations (both at the overall church level and at the parish level), create a uniform database for comparable processes, ensure cost transparency, and provide information on the asset and income situation. In this way, we live up to our claim: We want to strengthen church bodies in their efforts to achieve modern financial management characterized by economic efficiency, sustainability, and transparency, and to support them in a spirit of partnership.

Thanks to our many years of experience and a high level of knowledge and expertise, we have everything it takes to do this. This results in the continuous development of new and improved functionalities and processes for efficient internal and external administrative procedures – in line with the consistent implementation of the Digital Agenda.

Building on Infoma Finance, Infoma Church has been expanded in collaboration with several regional churches to include church-specific features,
such as the handling of large numbers of accounting areas/parish numbers. Additional functions have also been implemented, such as collection and donation management, standardized budgets, and the mapping of recurring processes.
