Our mission is to effectively support public administrations in their future-oriented activities with needs-based solutions.
The prerequisite for this is the knowledge and expertise gained from more than three decades of experience in the municipal sector. This is the principle underlying the continuous development of our Infoma product family. The result is an integrated complete solution for municipal double-entry accounting and traditional cameralistic accounting, sensibly supplemented by future-oriented solutions for eGovernment and solution modules for focus topics such as property and building management, document management, and business intelligence/business analytics.

Our understanding of a holistic partnership naturally includes providing our customers with conceptual advice and supporting the implementation of reform processes in public administrations.

We are successfully established both domestically and internationally

More than three decades of Axians Infoma mean more than three decades of competent partnership with local authorities throughout Germany.
At the end of the 1990s, we were one of the first providers of a fully integrated double-entry accounting system that consistently and stringently implements the double-entry approach – and, incidentally, we are still the only one to do so with such consistency – and we have continuously expanded our market position.

Our software is used by more than 1,300 administrations of all sizes with a total of over 75,000 users and controls the processes in municipal administrations and public institutions, church institutions, museum administrations, and universities.

With the acquisition of Axians IT&T AG in 2008, we have also been successfully active in the Swiss municipal market. Axians IT&T has extensive, long-standing practical experience in public administration. As a result, the Infoma newsystem software, which is geared towards the finance and accounting of public organizations, is the method of choice for numerous projects involving municipal users.

With the newly founded Axians Infoma GmbH in Klagenfurt, we are consciously positioning ourselves as a partner platform. The aim is to use our local presence to provide municipalities with a comprehensive, highly integrated, and modern range of solutions as a local partner, but also to create synergies with regional companies. The best possible on-site service and comprehensive support for municipalities by local staff with excellent expertise should contribute to broad acceptance in Carinthia and other Austrian provinces.

Our location strategy also supports the expansion of our strong position in German-speaking countries. In addition to our headquarters in Ulm, we are represented at ten other locations in Germany.
