CEBIT 2018: Axians Infoma presents solution concepts for digitization municipal financial processes

Axians Infoma GmbH is using the new CEBIT concept as an ideal environment for teaching customers and stakeholders about digitization for designing efficient local government financial processes and about the benefits of the digital transformation. The company presented innovative solutions for the digital administration of the future alongside sister company IKVS and partners ekom21, KDO and the Zweckverband Südwestfalen-IT in hall 15, stand G58. Attendees can learn all about the services offered by both Axians Infoma and its partner companies from June 12th – 15th, 2018 with product demonstrations. The Ulm company will be presenting new products from almost all areas of its integrated Infoma newsystem product family under the motto “We digitize your financial processes!” we will focus on topics related to digitizing financial accounting processes, including Reporting System Plus, Order Workflow, eInvoice, Invoice Workflow, and Electronic file.

Digitization helps make processes more efficient. That’s why digitization administration is central for Axians Infoma. A key part of our consistent digitization strategy is thinking in terms of comprehensive processes and using these processes to develop and re-develop our products. The company will be presenting digitization modules already in practical use – such as integrated, standardized Reporting system Plus, which can be used directly in the role center for all modules based on Infoma newsystem as a new function. With the interdisciplinary application Electronic file, including financial tax or enforcement files, etc., all documents generated using Infoma newsystem can be transferred automatically for storage and management. The integrated invoice workflow now also offers an upstream ordering workflow. This process is fully integrated and electronic, from ordering to invoice processing and transfer to the eFile.

Axians Infoma offers apps like “Mobile maintenance and inspections” and “Mobile object control” as convenient instruments for efficient mobile work.
