The 2019 user meeting is now in the books, and the Axians Infoma team would like to say thank you.
The event focused on an informative blend of different presentations and various opportunities for discussion, once again resulting in a highly positive response from participants.
The traditional user meeting for financial accounting and system support has once again broken new records. With 400 participants, we can report it was the largest meeting to date!
As in past years, the program was focused on a blend of professional and technical topics related to our “Digital Agenda,” as well as the new functions in the 2019 update. Presentations on updates in financial accounting and VAT in municipal financial adminstration and the new Webclient, in particular, generated strong interest..
Participants in the user meeting for facility management on April 9th and 10 once again heard many interesting presentations on updates and highlights in facility management. The 200 participants this year once again included customers of municipal departments. Digitization of administrative processes was a focus here as well.
The Infoma newsystem user meeting for registration for foreigners generated a high level of interest among participants. In addition to informative presentations on registration for foreigners, the roughly 50 participants carried on a lively discussion.
We welcome this extremely high level of interest, which will motivate our work for 2020.

• User meeting for municipal departments: March 31st / April 1st, 2020
• User meeting for financial accounting and system support: April 21st /22nd, 2020
