New Axians Infoma booth concept for joint exhibition presentations with partner companies

Axians Infoma GmbH will be back in its usual place at this year’s CeBIT, but with an all new exhibition concept. The Ulm company will be presenting its services in Hall 7, Stand B18, at an invitingly redesigned exhibition booth 155m2 in size. The booth will reflect the company’s new look, and will also be offering demonstrations by representative partner companies for the first time. That means attendees will get the chance to learn about the full portfolio of Axians Infoma services as well as offerings by its affiliate IKVS and partners ekom21, KDO, and regioIT. Besides a series of new products from almost every area of the integrated Infoma newsystem product family, the exhibition booth will focus on central issues related to digitization in administrative processes. The company will be exhibiting practical and innovative solutions for the municipal administration of the future, with its modules invoice workflow, eInvoice, electronic file, ePayment manager, and a variety of apps.
The goal of the fully redesigned Axians Infoma exhibition booth concept is to offer customers, stakeholders, and partners alike one platform as a central point of contact. Partner companies will be giving comprehensive presentations on a variety of different focal topics at the six demonstrations Axians Infoma has set up: IKVS will be discussing “key figures and reports at the push of a button,” KDO will deal with the topic of “Transparent, innovative, and integrated: one system for all areas,” regio IT will demonstrate how it is a “Strong, full-service partner,” and ekom21’s demonstration will focus on “eGovernment meets Infoma newsystem.”
Axians Infoma will be presenting digitization modules ready for practical use and financial accounting needs in Hanover, giving companies the tools they need to meet the digital transformation with invoice workflows and eInvoices. Cross-departmental electronic files, such as financial, tax, or enforcement files, etc. offer even more efficiency by transferring all documents created in Infoma newsystem automatically for filing and management. With its ePayment manager, the company is also underscoring its commitment to intelligently merge its product portfolio with cloud solutions. This also includes the standardized Plus reporting system, which can be used fully from the cloud.
Axians Infoma has expanded the maintenance, repair, and testing module for facility management with an intelligent Reg-IS link. Tasks are processed through the “Mobile maintenance and testing” app.
The range of modules offered in the municipal departments solution has also been expanded. After introducing the vehicle fleet module last year, the company now also offers a property monitoring function – as well as mobile property monitoring through a newly developed app.
